As a Customer Service Representative at Granimals, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service with a focus on those in the Physical Therapy and Fitness community. The ideal candidate will have a background in Physical Therapy or Fitness, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate empathy and patience in addressing customer needs.
